From a young age, Mackenzie knew health and wellness would always be a priority in her life. She obtained her bachelors degree from Clemson University, studying food science and human nutrition and became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Mackenzie has gotten to work with a wide range of fitness levels and discovered a passion for helping her clients, no matter their age or experience, feel empowered and confident. Mackenzie believes that since we only have 1 body, we all deserve to find ways to exercise that makes us feel our best! Her goal is to help each client realistically incorporate health and fitness into their daily life to feel better physically and mentally.
