- 36 Private Training Sessions: You’ll meet with your trainer 3x a week for the next 12 weeks, where your fully private personal training sessions are crafted solely for you. It's an environment where you and your trainer work in tandem, ensuring every workout is tailored to your unique abilities and goals.
- 12 Weekly Calls with Your Trainer: You’ll have a phone call each week with your trainer outside of your training sessions to review your progress and address challenges. Accountability and encouragement serve as pillars of success ensuring you stay on track to reach your goals. Your success is our shared pursuit!
- Advanced Nutrition Coaching: Advanced Nutrition Coaching ensures your nutrition is dialed in for maximum results! Our experts will work closely with you to develop a personalized meal plan, educate you on proper nutrition, and provide ongoing support to help you make healthier food choices. You’ll be able to track meals in the Just You Fitness App and access hundreds of recipes that are aligned with your macros.
