I have always been passionate about health & fitness which began in early childhood as an equestrian. It was then that I learned the importance of needing to be fit to be a more balanced rider for myself and my horse. I have also added distance running to my life and have even paced races, most notable being RunTheBluegrass where I also served as Pace Team Captain and creator / leader of the training plans offered. It is through pacing races and helping others reach their goals that I began to realize just how much I enjoyed helping others achieve their goals.
I decided to make the switch from my "cubicle job" to become a personal trainer because I wanted to help others in becoming the best version of themselves. I began personal training in January 2022 with a combination of online and in-person training. My favorite part about training a client is watching them achieve their goals or to do something they didn't think would be possible.
My hobbies are walking my dog, Daisy, along the streets of downtown, relaxing on the beach, reading, and trying new desserts.
